STANDARD INTERIOR INSPECTION

• Inspect overall interior condition of the property.
• Check floors, walls and ceilings for signs of leaks or water damage.
• Report any signs of mold on interior surfaces (walls, doors, ceilings). Take appropriate actions per property owner’s request.
• Check home for visual signs of insects or pests..
• Make sure refrigerators and freezers are cooling properly.
• Check electric panel, air conditioning, and humidity.
• Check that all doors and windows are closed, securely locked, and are in good condition. Make sure the security system is set.
• Check all timer-activated lights for proper operation. Replace bulbs if needed (supplies provided by the owner of the property).

STANDARD EXTERIOR INSPECTION

• Visually inspect the exterior of your home for any abnormalities.
• Look for signs of forced entry, vandalism or theft.  Immediately report to owner and local law enforcement.
• Inspect screened patio enclosures for tears or damage.
• Inspect windows, screens, or window coverings for signs of damage.
• Check the condition and overall appearance of landscaping.
• Report any obvious signs of insect infestation or disease in grass and on plants/shrubs.
• Check and collect mail, newspapers, and flyers from all around the property.
• Put away trash cans if necessary.

• MAIL FORWARDING - Collect and forward all the mail to a specified address while you are away. 
• CAR/BOAT SERVICE - Turn over engine, test drive, oil change, car wash, and maintenance appointments.
• STORM PREPARATION - At your request, we deploy your hurricane protection systems and store any loose outdoor furniture or lawn items. Report, assess and photo document any damages or concerns.

• CONTRACTOR MANAGEMENT - Manage and coordinate all access to the property. Monitor contractors and their progress per your request.
• WINDOW CLEANING - Clean all windows, inside and outside. 
• REPLACE AC FILTERS - As requested, we will change out all air conditioning filters. If not provided, new filter purchase may be arranged. 

LIVING AREAS/BEDROOMS

• Dust from top to bottom
• Vacuum all floors
• Rugs cleaned
• Empty waste baskets
• Clean all mirrors
• Dust window ledges
• Wash baseboards(Deep Clean)
• Dust all furniture
• Clean all glass surfaces
• Remove fingerprints/smudges
• Tidy overall room appearance

BATHROOMS

• Clean sink, counter, cabinet face and mirror
• Scour shower/tub walls, floor and fixtures
• Scour all visible interior and exterior parts of toilets
• Remove cobwebs
• Dust shelving, mirrors and picture frames
• Dust window sills, moldings and baseboards
• Vacuum & mop flooring including behind toilet

KITCHEN

• Clean exterior of large appliances
• Clean cabinet fronts
• Clean counter tops, underneath and behind counter top items
• Clean inside and outside of microwave
• Scrub sink area
• Dust shelving, mirrors and picture frames
• Dust window sills, moldings and baseboards
• Vacuum & mop flooring

• Vacuum furniture
• Dust blinds
• Dust closet shelves
• Clean dish drying rack
• Clean inside oven
• Make beds (without changing linens)
• Change bed linens & make beds
• Change out towels
• Wash & dry bed linens
• Wash & dry towel linens
• Wash & dry clothes
• Dust ceiling fan (if reachable)
• Fold and hang clean clothes (per your instructions)

• Clean trash bins inside & out
• Clean refrigerator & freezer inside & out
• Clean kitchen cabinets & drawers inside

• Detail clean stove & dishwasher knobs
• Spot clean fingerprints on walls
• Clean outsides of reachable light fixtures
